Tumblr (3.0; @g2kscottmccollister)http://g2kscottmccollister.tumblr.com/<img src="http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lbv239L4MF1qekppio1_400.jpg"/><br/><br/><p>On May 5, 2003, Portland police officer Scott McCollister, a 6 foot-tall 220+ pound white male, shot Kendra James, a 5-foot-2, 115 pound, 21-year-old unarmed black female, during a traffic stop in North Portland and left her handcuffed, bleeding on the street, to die.
